I decided to open one of my BRβs book (S8) and whatever would be on that page, I would paint it. So here is what i picked!
I changed the sky some. Also, I didnβt made the bottom left of the peninsula go to the bottom of the canvas. Other than that, I tried to stay pretty close to the original.
Beautiful again Nancy π€©

I love this color scheme, what colors did you use in the sky?
Beautiful work N!
Thank you Jessie! I used Cad yellow at the bottom (Where you see the peaks of the mountains), moving up I put some ochre, then cad orange (I use that one from time to time), At the very top & upper corners, a mix of crimson and ph. blue for a light lavender . π
I appreciate that B! βοΈ

Thank you much my friend! π©πͺπ
So pretty! Easy for the eye to flow through even though there is a lot going on.
Many thanks Pam!! This scene was very inspiring and fun to paint.
I think this is my favorite one of yours so far. It's really pretty and has great depth. I just want to paddle my canoe up to the cabin and chill out there for a few days.
So much to love here, but the trees on the left side of the painting are absolute perfection!
Beautiful sky and an interesting way of choosing what to paint ππ
