Here’s my rather loose interpretation of Bob’s painting from the very last episode of JoP. Knowing he did the show as long as he possibly could before his passing makes me well up whenever I see it.
The photo makes the sky look more banded than it actually is. I’m not a photographer and the camera does what it wants! Anyway, I kind of agonized over this one. I painted a horse and repainted a horse in the open area but I couldn’t grasp the correct scale. Ended up putting in the fence and called it a finished painting, my friends.

I'm sure Bob would have approved of your version. I particularly like your fence, and the variation of colours in the mid ground grasses.
