This is one of my absolute favorites from the whole series. You did fantastic with all the details, perspective of the building is fine too. Unfortunately I did this as the second oild painting I ever did. But I might do this one more time with the skills I got now :)

Thank you very much Sunnylady! This was a blast to paint! I always take my time with the blending of my colors when Bob had us do such a sky. It will make it break the whole outcome.

Wow, the group has been busy last couple of days I see. Once again Nancy, I love everything about this painting. The sky pulled me right into the painting. The sky fading is perfecto!! The barely visible 2nd tree line in the background really adds to the whole scene.

I love your use of light and texture. I hope to be able to paint grasses and flowers as well as you one day. I like meadows and light the way Bob Ross likes trees and skies and your version is more meadows and light.

Thank you Jay! 😊 And yes you will be able to paint grasses and flowers in a near future. In this tutorial, Bob teaches you how to make the grass longer, more wild like I painted here. Give it a shot. I learned to do the little flowers with”Daisy Delight” (S11E3) & “Daisies at Dawn” (S27E6). They are super easy to do.
