"Deep Wilderness"

This one is based on the Bob Ross painting "Deep Wilderness Home".
Along the way I totally lost the soft misty look that Bob had in his painting, so mine ended up with some more contrast.
I painted all the foliage with the 1-inch brush and whenever I thought I had figured out how to get a certain nice effect, I ended up with a blob after reloading the brush and trying again.
Man... this one gave me headaches for sure. 😂
But I just kept going and in the end it sure came out better than expected.
I did not paint the cabin and instead added a path. I'd love to go for a hike there... Waterfall area is also pretty different.
And so my version ended up being totally different. 😂

Thank you. I think so as well. I figured it would be nice to make the stream + waterfalls go along the rocks with the path. Would be so nice to walk along the stream there.

Even though I lost the mood Bob has going in his painting, I did end up with a mood of my own. This kinda feels like morning to me, right before the rising sun has vapourized all morning mist.
Different, but absolutely beautiful.
