This was my first time using the black canvas. I was hoping my colors would show up more vibrantly and noticed they got duller as the painting dried.

@Jennydacat Wow thanks! This was one of my first few Bob Ross paintings and I remember not really having much control over the materials yet; it seemed like the paint had a mind of its own! I am glad I kept going, I think it took a few more paintings before I started to achieve some level of control over what I was doing...and I still have a long way to go!

It might be dark but it is lovely! it is very dramatic and reminds me of the time true dusk falls. I love it :)
