I really enjoyed doing this one. I couldn’t do Bob’s style hangy downs but I like the trees and am happy overall with how this turned out. 16x20.
Yep good job here Brian.
TLP I will say that it’s a happy little accident. To be honest I started the top of the path where I thought that it should be after about 10 minutes of internal debate. Thanks so much for your kind words and your question which now has me wanting to learn more about the subject.
Thanks Matt!

Great sky, trees and reflections. The thing that stands out straight away to me though is the path. That could have so easily turned out to be a road to nowhere but I sense you knew what you were doing, and I've often wondered how you make a path look as though it drops down the other side of the hill when you can't see the other side. Am I right in thinking the answer is that slight curve right at the top? That is a neat trick, brilliant.
